Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Creem.io. You can cancel at any time. No refunds for partial months.

6. Limitation of Liability

CheckClause is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on AI analysis results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Your Content

You retain all rights to the contracts you upload. By using CheckClause, you grant us a limited right to process your documents solely for the purpose of providing the analysis service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Changes to Terms
