CheckClause is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Always consult a qualified attorney for legal decisions.

Our AI analysis is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional legal counsel.

3. Account Terms

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• One person or entity per account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose.
• Upload malicious files or attempt to exploit the service.
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission.
• Circumvent usage limits through automated means or multiple accounts.

5. Free and Paid Plans

• Guest — 1 free analysis in total. This is a one-time trial and does not renew.
• Free account — 1 analysis in total. Registering does not grant additional free analyses.
• Freelancer ($15/mo) — 30 analyses per month.
• Agency ($39/mo) — 999 analyses per month.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment provider. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which includes a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

CheckClause is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on AI analysis results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Your Content

You retain all rights to the contracts you upload. By using CheckClause, you grant us a limited right to process your documents solely for the purpose of providing the analysis service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
